What we collect and why
We collect the name, email address and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, manage prospective-member contact and protect the club’s legitimate interests in running a safe, welcoming club.
Our form processor
The form is operated by Formspree, which processes submissions on Coventry Judo Club’s behalf before delivering them to the club’s authorised volunteer inbox. Do not send passwords, bank details, health information, safeguarding details or other sensitive information through the form.
How long we keep enquiries
We retain routine website enquiries for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then delete them unless a longer period is necessary for a legal obligation or a separately managed club matter.
Safeguarding and urgent concerns
Do not use the form for safeguarding, welfare, medical or urgent concerns. For a safeguarding or welfare concern, email Chloe, Club Welfare Officer, directly at covjudoclub@gmail.com and use the subject line “Safeguarding — for Chloe”.
